Hales Group care staff in line to win £600 each through ‘Heroes’ scheme

Hales Group has announced that frontline care staff from across the network are in line to win £600 each, through its Hales Heroes scheme.

Now in its fourth year, the Hales Heroes awards scheme recognises staff for their hard work while acknowledging those who are prepared to go above and beyond what is expected of them.

Ordinarily, one team member is awarded a cash prize each month, but this December Hales has said it will reward thirty-one staff from across each of its branches.

Nicola Mewse, Hales Homecare’s managing director had this to say: “The last 18 months have demonstrated more than ever that our Heroes, those on the frontline, and those supporting in essential tasks within branches, have never been more valuable and needed in our communities.

“Our Hales Heroes scheme has always recognised the outstanding efforts of our teams and provided a valuable prize to one team member each month, but at this time we wanted to extend the opportunity to win more incredible prizes by offering all staff the opportunity to be amongst thirty-one heroes across each of our branches.

“Of course, every one of our loyal and committed staff are heroes in our eyes, this scheme is a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of them.”
